Gamma Netherlands commissioned Buro Loods to redesign their DIY retail formula. The new approach focuses on Service & Accessibility, strengthening its position as a market leader. The no-nonsense design style emphasizes the character of Gamma, whilst strategic use of low shelving gives the customer a clear overview of the store and makes products easy to find.
A new category, ‘Smart Home’ offers the customer access to the newest ideas in technology around the home. The new formula is designed as part of an omni-channel approach, where the retail environment, service, advice and the (larger) online product offer are integrated into one retail formula. We are proud to announce that our design is currently being rolled out nationwide!
